CBRE:

Precise Building Solutions has carried out various minor and major maintenance and refurbishment works for us at the City West Complex in West Perth over the last four years and we have only experienced the highest of quality and workmanship over this time.

With over 100 projects completed, some of the most significant works were the bathroom refurbishments at Scitech and the City West mall, the removal and replacement of the Scitech Dome, the replacement of the balustrading on the Scitech balcony and various office upgrades including flooring, ceilings, walls, electrical works etc. They are currently carrying out a roof replacement, demolition and fit out for one of our commercial tenancies. All works by Precise Building are carried out very efficiently, to schedule and within budget. Their communication, attention to detail and commitment to safety ensured that all the works were carried out to a high standard. As well as regular updates on works, Precise also provides a monthly spreadsheet showing all works and their current status and financial information, this is very helpful for our planning requirements.

Precise Building Solutions are a preferred service provider. They have undertaken various jobs at several of our heritage sites including new tenancy defits, fitouts and electrical, plumbing, carpentry, ceiling replacement, plastering, painting, door and handrail repairs, roof repairs, gutter cleaning, site cleaning, gardening, fence repairs, and emergency make safe works. All tradesmen who attend to our sites have been polite, friendly and hard working. We are very happy with the level of service provided and all jobs have been responded to promptly and completed to a high standard. All work is conducted safely and with care. Precise Building Solutions carried out works for us in May 2020 which involved the removal and replacement of a retaining wall structure. The works included chemical grout injection works and were carried out in a very timely manner to the engineer's specifications.
